I have had a positive experience with AR.
What do you like best about AnswerRocket?
I enjoy being able to ask questions in an easy to understand format at any time.
What do you dislike about AnswerRocket?
My only dislike is occasionally I need information before the database refreshes. Typically, I have no real problems with AR though!
What problems is AnswerRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in monetization, so AnswerRocket helps me quickly track what is working and what is not in terms of our company's sales.

What do you like best about AnswerRocket?
Answer Rocket provides real data answers to questions in a fast, easy to use platform. Our team can literally make huge strategic decisions mid-meeting with the help of A-rock. The tool has a vast feature set and allows you to see your data in a wide range of chart options or exporting to Excel. As a director, this tool make it much easier to build strategic initiatives that are well informed and based on data, which everyone feels more comfortable with.
What do you dislike about AnswerRocket?
The automated reports that come via email have the data in a spreadsheet, but it would be better if the emails were graphical HTML so the data could be more easily viewed in email.
Recommendations to others considering AnswerRocket?
Improve HTML emails to be easier to view the workspace.
What problems is AnswerRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data and insights from the graphs helps inform our strategic direction and makes building business cases much easier.
