The report building session still needs improvement. Apart from canned reports getting other reports done is one cumbersome job. Expired leases need to be manhandled. Those do not get automatically removed, but manual journal entries need to be created. While working on a busy schedule, this can turn out to be a bump on the road.

It is very easy to use and configured. I would recommend this tool to all the customers or clients for sure.

Our administrative department is using the product and so far it has been quite praised by them. It is mainly because of the support team, as I previously mentioned. The overall implementation and deployment of the product were easy, however, once they got it running, they need troubleshooting for a few issues.
