I appreciate the overall customer service and attention to detail post-launch of our platform. The ongoing optimizations has been great as well.
Starting out, the communication between teams was rocky and I feel like we had to repeat much of the same information.
We had been searching for a platform that could act as a "single source of truth" for our client's information. We had product information scattered across multiple programs and documents. Having everything in one place and have it double as a brand center for our client's retailers has been wonderful.
The ease with which I can search and share files. Makes my job much more manageable.
Having to explain how it works and why it is structured the way it is too less technologically adept reps and internal staff.
Amplifi is solving an accessibility issue we were facing with DropBox.
The three main features I liked best are:
1. The fact that Amplifi.io offers PIM (product information management) capabilities in its DAM, allowing customers access not only to digital assets but also key product information, features and benefits.
2. The left-hand navigation system allows listing by brand of each individual product model offered.
3. The ability to set up different “regions” allowing us to create separate access and views for a sister brand, and an inhouse training academy that presented a service rather than a product. There were a couple of things that required remembering, or one would miss it – these aren't glitches to the system at all, but not intuitive to occasional users.
1. With the different folder views for files and collections, if you couldn’t find an image, you were in the wrong location.
2. Logo files are stored in two different locations depending on the file type. i.e., if the file is an eps file it’s stored in the misc. file, not in the image file (because it’s not an image). Once you know this, it’s not an issue, though it's not intuitive for first-time or occasional users.
3. A user needs to make sure they don't just delete a folder but remove it altogether; otherwise, it will go into an unassociated folder. We had some admins in different regions that didn't understand that, and files were often going into unassociated.
With the Regions set-up, we have been able to set up a completely different access for one of our sister companies. They are a competing brand of sorts, so having completely different access is essential. We could also provide our in-house training instructors a portal to store their digital assets for only their use (only they have access. This has streamlined business activities for both ancillary brands.
Amplifi makes it easy for our outside parties to access what is needed. The interface is easy to navigate and intuitive for users of all different levels. Search functions are awesome.
Functions are very limited on a mobile devices. For example, you cannot upload content from a mobile device. Functionality is also limited on certain browsers.
By using Amplifi we are making it easier for our outside partners to access important assets. The easy search and share functions allow us to put the responsibility on them to gather the assets, instead of us having internal employees service them.
Using Amplifi.io has reenvisioned the way we approach our entire content organization and system. The software is streamlined yet customizable enough to feel unique to our needs and geared to both our internal team and external stakeholders. The amount of capabilities has surpassed our current needs, which provides the opportunity for growth moving forward. Our customer success contact at Amplifi.io has delivered above and beyond guidance and support to help with traditional onboarding and many additional requests. So, despite our mass amount of content, they have made the process smooth. The Amplifi team is also constantly evolving the software, giving us confidence that it will continue to meet our needs for years to come.
I have been beyond impressed with Amplifi.io. I currently do not have constructive feedback.
One problem we have solved is a content bottleneck stopping at the Marketing Department. This allows more people to have access in a timely fashion. It has also drastically cut our Sales Team Member's time in sharing content when needed. In the same vein, we increased the time we can provide assets for eCommerce, thus generating revenue quicker. We are early in our industry to use this tool and have found great success with our customers and their appreciation to be able to utilize the assets more easily.

Data/Images in the same platform
Amplifi.io was pivotal for my previous company. Our sales and marketing team had easy access to our latest photography, financial fund, and other content and our clients had a beautiful interface with which to view our products. Couldn't ask for much more, especially compared to the outdated system we used before.
One thing I would have liked to see more of, were regular workshops to learn how to better integrate the platform. Could have been something I was not aware of, I'm sure you have something like it!
The access to content across the company was a huge issue for us. Whether it was the sales team or customers, having one unified hub for all marketing assets was key, especially from a version control and compliance stand point. Amplifi.io solved that for me
