Great software tool, very user-friendly and straightforward. If you have a question/remark, the customer service is incredibly fast and helpful. It' so much more than just a tool to have your content shared. It's a tool that's really improving the internal communication and relation between colleagues.

Because of the sometimes changing API and connection possiblities (which is the same for all third party tools), some features can break down suddenly. But thanks to the great team of developers behind this tool, they try to solve any issue as soon as possible (mostly in just a few days).

It's helping us to build brand awareness and it also helps our employees to show their pride and expertise to their professional (and private) network. When employees/brand advocates share something, it's so much more genuine than the company itself sharing this. Moreover, Ambassify is helping us to collect the opinion of our employees, bottom-up, to make better strategic choices in the future.

Ambassify is easier to use than similar tools. What I find the easiest to work with is that I can

segment the types of ambassadors into different groups so they don’t see each other’s

content. I can divide them up into groups, and tailor-made the content for each group to see

and share. Another amazing thing is the help I get from the customer success team: as soon

as I ask a question via email or via the helpdesk chat, I quickly get a clear and helpful answer

from Ambassify in a few minutes.

There is nothing I currently dislike about Ambassify.

With Ambassify, we can help our Powered-by-KRAMP shops share our content on social

media. Before Ambassify, they just didn’t share any of our content because they found it too

cumbersome and time-consuming to create a post for social media, write a caption, etc. Now

with Ambassify, we can easily create it for them, send it regularly though email or through the

platform, and in two clicks, they can share it on their social media.

With Ambassify, we've been able to create an internal community, involve our employees in different projects, and launch unique campaigns to get feedback and suggestions. The customer support team is exceptional, providing immediate assistance, frequent updates, and excellent service.

Currently there are no errors or bugs. When we're having any issues they're solved quickly by the customer success manager or we find the info we need on the Ambassify FAQ and helpdesk.

At Ambassify, I like simplicity and intuitiveness. You need a moment and have the task done 👍 The administrator has a little more work, but it is pleasant.

There are no problems with Ambassify. When I have a problem or a question, Super Team 💪 gives me a quick answer or advice.

Additionally the Ambassify team shares ideas from other customers, which gives inspiration and allows to maximize the use of the system.

Shout out to the support team! Assistance is almost immediate, they help to choose the most suitable campaign, take new ideas from their users into the further development of the platform, regularly announce new features, and so on.

It isn’t always easy to get employees there to keep on using Ambassify.

There are a few things that are impossible to customise, which fall short of the overall solution they offer, but they are working to deliver it.

Employees became more involved in the company and became more active on social media, creating bigger brand awareness for the company.

We were able to automate an email to keep the internal people informed of the blogs, customer stories and newsroom articles that we publish using sitecore. Also, we were able to create campaigns to keep internal people informed.

It gives an option of sharing instantly to any of the social media channels.

In case the blog post is unpublished, we have to manually remove the campaign otherwise the person who is sharing on social media won't even get to know that the link behind the post is not working.

Really easy to use for our ambassadors but also for us, owners.

The only thing I'm missing is that my ambassadors can't enter all their social media activities into Ambassify so we can't monitor everything.

It helps our company to make our messages much more visible. It's so easy to use that it doesn't take up too much time.

It's a platform that I find very intuitive, easy to use for the person creating the content and also very easy for the people receiving the emails to share the content.

I don't really have any negative comments
