1. I will say it serves it what it says or deliver. We're using it for English language transcription for now and it is providing quite accurate results.

2. Can be easily implemented with other aws services with multiple ways like coding and so on.

3. Provides speaker wise transcription as well as consolidated transcription too.

4. Pay per user model so cost effective if you don't have very huge usage.

Overall in all other pre trained AI models Amazon's Transcribe is very good for speech to text conversion, it gives you much accurate results as compared to other speech to text AI services, it supports mp3,wav,flac,mp4 .. file types, as it supports video files so you don't need to do overhead to convert video to audio.It supports custom vocabulary to provide phrases specific to some domain.

It doesn't recognize the numeric digit as spoke, it converts them as "one","two" instead of 1,2.

Using custom vocabulary is very tedious task to do.

Definitely would recommend the AWS Amazon transcribe, as it's accuracy is very good as compare to other services available in the market.

We do not need to manually process the audio file, that is to change the format of the file as compared to a competitor. There are many audio file format type is supported.

The best part about Transcribe is it is able to identify how many speakers are there and which speaker spoke what with the timestamp. Also an ability to add vocabulary. The best affordable and accurate service available which serves our need.

For a small time period of audio, the time required for Transcribe job is equal or slightly more. But as the run time of file increases the response time improves considerably. Initially, when I tried the numeric value was transcribed as words rather than words.

I have never used a system that had a capability like this. The automated speech recognition capability is very handy to transcribe things by speeding up the process than if a person were to manually do this.

There is nothing I dislike about Amazon Transcribe.

I would highly recommend this to others that need transcribing in their work.

I love the ease of Amazon speech recognition. Very easy to use and accurate reading.

Sometime mis hears words have to speak very clearly and probinciate each word.

I have used TTS (text to speech) over the last 7 years. The best thing about aws transcribe is the ML and AI behind which gives a very accurate result. We used to create videos on several Languages after creating the base one language. It saved me a lot of money rather than to have a human create the content . Also it was very fast

Even though the software recognizes internal jargon and acronyms , of they are spelt as words (e.g as I M P A rather than IMPA) the software misses it. ML models could be developed into solving for that specific challenge

I created videos in English (self service videos for customers) . However due to the Cosmopolitan letter we had to provide subtitles to the video in other languages (8) .

I believe Amazon Transcribe can make my tasks easier and have a positive impact on my projects due to its artificial intelligence capabilities.

The speaker diarization is quite good as compared to other users and the transcription is fairly good.

At times it missed quite a few words specially named or NER

Possibility of reaching the international market. Ability to sell both in the national and international markets. Good interface to manage catalog, logistics, and promotions. Good attention to any questions, disputes, or any inconvenience that may arise (they take between 5-30 minutes to address the order number for which you have requested help). You have the option to access from different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, from smartphones like Android or iPhone).

Way of working with some sectors (shipments, catalog...)

Product descriptions that, when a seller uploads for the first time, they become the "product manager," making it quite difficult and costly to edit the product. In our case, there can be several incorrect products, and you have to present size documentation for a reference (all being the same), and it becomes costly if you have to claim more than 10.

Amazon Transcribe for programmers

I like that it is easy to use and it is actually pretty accurate and effective.

The outcome of the message is not perfect but you get a good idea.

It is a pretty handy tool if you need to communicate with people on a daily basis where there is a language barrier.

We use it to communicate with candidates coming in that dont speak english and it helps us a lot.
