This software is extremely easy to use. Users have been able to customize their dashboard in ways to make it more appealing for them. It is a very simple system to manage patient information, billing and insurances. It is also extremely easy to connect with other EHR systems which eliminates data entry errors. Lastly, the affordablity makes this system great for smaller practices.

The main dislike I have noticed is lack to edit formulated templates for reports. Some practices may not need all of the data that is on the template but there is no way to erase them.

The platform automatically logs out of your account after some time, which is irritating. Sometimes, the unsaved data is lost due to this automatic logging-out issue.

Customer service could have been a bit better.

The way it helps in documentation is very seamless. Chart flows are very smooth also.

What I like about Amazing Charts Practice Management is that it keeps everything well organized. It's in its name itself "Amazing", but it is very efficient when we are trying to map out a chart of our weekly agenda.

The only thing I can think of is to have more add on and possibly some integrations with other apps that can notify us as a reminder. Other than that there is nothing else I can think of

Amazing Charts Practice Management is saving us time. In the morning on our weekly meetings, we get down to business and see poll results, data table, etc we need to know what we are going to work on that week.

It helps all of us together to keep a track of our health and it helps me to keep an electronic health record, practice management, learn more about billing services. I have a virtual preventative health care assistant now.

It just helps you better take care of yourself and if you are experiencing sickness and don't feel like you can go anywhere because you think its not too serious, you can always get help with virtual assistant

Interesting platform, and easy to use. So many helpful products as well as helping keep pace with my constantly evolving field. More tools are always appreciated!

The platform itself is fairly seemless yet the supoort feature is a bit lacking. Not able to get through quickly off of any calls to support. Always get a response off of my inital communication though.

Easy for users to integrate and understand the system. Installation is simple and seems extremely high quality for the price point. Chart layouts work for our needs.

The login process can be confusing. Sometimes I have to reset my password.

The most helpful thing about the platform is that it collects a great amount of data of physicians available and good prices

May need to perhaps have a way to implement your insurance info to provide recommendations around local area
