Certain airlines are absent from the Amadeus CRS, and others that I dislike are also not found.

If include the missing airline in the Amadeus CRS system, we will have access to all-in-one platforms.

Amadeus Reservation System is one of the best reservation systems available on the market. It is very complete and user friendly, accurate and always up to date in digital and data advancement.

Perhaps I would suggest improvements on the customer service side as it has gone worse instead of advance in the past years.

Amadeus CRS is easy for use with all those nice smart people. Don't get me wrong, I like simplicity but somehow Amadeus is as exquisite as the name of its patron. With all the transactions in your head, you are a true composer of symphonies for the sake of the lowest price possible for an air ticket to please the customer standing in front of you.

What I really enjoy is the feeling of being a true Master, when you areally become good at it.

I like the ease of being able to make reservations for multiple companies all in one system. It beats having to login to multiple sites to quote and book reservations.

The only thing I dislike is when the system randomly goes down and I have to use back up systems. It would be nice to send out a notice preparing users for any system issues.

I am being able to retrieve quotes faster and make reservations in a timely manner versus going through a long drawn out process to do the same thing on the suppliers site. I've realized that it simplifies the whole booking process.

As a former Expedia Travel Advisor, I liked that with Amadeus Central Reservations System, finding flights as well as making reservations was fast as well as speedy. It includes live availability as well as competitive rates, thus making it easy to immediately find clients' best offer.

I used two different GDS, such as Worldspan, Saber. Still, I believed me once I used Amadeus, I forgot every GDS because the feature and tools of Amadeus software I love it very familiar and user-friendly.

There is nothing to dislike because it's one of the best GDS software. Slightly complicate for first-time users, but once you get command on Amadeus, it goes very smoothly.

After recieving training, the software was very easy to use and understand.

We had problems with the last software, but when we switched to Amadeus we were given a reservation system that was easier to navigate through, it was less buggy and caused fewer network issues. The multi-currency and language capabilities of Amadeus are huge positives. Very effective in all it was made to accomplish.
