The best thing is the set-up. The set up is very easy for me. There is not much pre-required knowledge is necessary to do any kind of set up. And another thing is clean interface and easy to understand interface

The one negative is limited features compared to other prematured POS system. And other things like reporting depth can be quite better

Aloha cloud is easy to use and manages everything perfectly like payments, bills, orders, sales, reports and tabs. It is really useful during heavy and busy hours. It makes the work so much faster and smoother. The best thing about Aloha cloud is that it is reliable, fast and easy.

The customer service response time feels a little slow to me. Moreover updates makes little changes which takes time to learn and get used to. Other than that i feel like Aloha Cloud is 10/10 for small, medium and large organization.

I used to work at a food chain as a part-timer for few months. Even though i was a new staff at that time, it was so easy to learn and work on Aloha cloud. It manages daily POS operations without giving any headaches. It works smoothly and fast during rush hours. I really recommend it to Larger food chains. I am also recommending it to one of my guy friend who is thinking to open a Restaurant.

Biggest gripe: terrible customer support (slow, hard to reach, especially painful during outages). Add a clunky interface, steep learning curve, and occasional reliability hiccups when internet or integrations fail, and it can feel frustratingly outdated despite the power.

Making instant menu or price changes is simple—just one click updates all my locations within seconds. Real-time inventory tracking has helped me reduce food waste and theft, lowering my food costs by about 3–5%. The smart scheduling and alert features have been effective in preventing overtime issues, saving me thousands each month. Managing online and delivery orders is now seamless, as I can use a single menu and inventory for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and my own website without any extra effort. I also appreciate being able to monitor live sales, labor, and any issues directly from my phone, no matter where I am.
