Alma is very user friendly, which allows our parents as well as our students, faculty and administration to access imortant information at our fingertips.

Sometimes parents have difficulty finding the appn on their phones and need a little help getting started with Alma, but once they have the app started, it is very simple to use.

Attendance is state mandated, so ````it is extremely important that it is quick and accurate.

The ability to run comprehensive yet customizable reports for almost every single need.

State reporting can sometimes be wonky, but that is not specific to Alma.

Alma is the system we use for student attendance tracking, grade book, reporting on all levels, re-registration, and e-mail communication with parents.

I like that Alma has so many reports that I can generate to look at different aspects of the school such as progress reports, attendance, missing assignments, and so on. I also love how easy it is to create your own report card templates and create your own grading systems and monitor everything from one platform. Parent communication is also very easy!

I wish it kept the history of group messages I send. Also, it would be very useful to be able to view messages that teachers send to track school-home communication. I would love to see a better lesson planning feature offered.

Alma is super easy to use for teachers with any level of technology skills. It is intuitive so some of our teachers did not need any training and some needed a little bit of support. It has all the features we need and the best part is that they listen to feedback and make constant improvements and roll out new features all the time.

This software application is being well used to simplify and streamline the workflow of a particular student and communication and on the other hand it will help the schools to improve their efficiency in their operations.

This application is allowing students to grow in transition and also have a progressive educational practices sor far i have no problem with the software.

Alma is is allowing students to have progress in studies which is easingvtheir way of tackling thing of which it is well secured information hence recommedable.

The software is helping in providing visibility into students data which will help the wide spread of important information in addition the software is helping in time saving.

Impressive how the facepage has everything needed for information of a student just by clicking the name of the student and you are able to see the parents, attendance history, report card details, disciplinary information and so much more.

It doesnt keep record of the emails sent to the parents and students something that is very important but missing.

I dont see why any school who still hasnt taken a step of having this tool not still lacking it its a tool of great help.

Automatic grading through the live gradebook and student information access and storage.

It is easy to find grades and class rosters. The menu is user friendly, which is especially good for teachers that struggle technologically. I like being able to find information on each student, including home phone numbers and siblings in the school. I love that everything we need for school on a day to day basis is easily accesible, including the school calendar. I love how easy it is to upload comments for report cards and progress reports.

I don't like that I am not able to print grades for individual students. Or not being able to print out class grades per subject. Sometimes I need to print out an individual students' grades but I cannot. I feel that sometimes I want to print out an individual students' grades so that I can show them which assignments are missing, or below grade level.

Of all the systems I've used in schools for grading, this is one of the easiest to use.

I am able to quickly see student attendance and average grades. It is also easy to upload student behavior with the management tool. I love the daily attendance and the fact that I can see the whole child's attendance at a glance.

Alma is a great program. It is user friendly and the online staff is available anytime with a quick response.

I would like to be able to create my own reports by choosing the fields I choose.

Alma is wonderful. You should definately consider it.

I no longer have to keep a written record of our grade sheets.

Alma's interface is user-friendly and intuitive. You can find multiple points of information in one place.

We would love to have an app so that students and families can easily access Alma on their phone.

We are able to quickly and easily access report cards, contact information, schedules, etc for each student with a few clicks. We can search by either parent names or student names.

If I really have to sqy something, well, it doen't keep a backup of emails sent to students or parents.

Sometimes it won't save grades in the grade book.
