To the point without repetitiveness

What do you like best about ALIS?

How it doesn't ask the same question in like a million different ways. How easy it is to record the answers either completed or not completed and how long that activity took which helps keep track of any decline in patients status if any.

What do you dislike about ALIS?

When you are wanting to chart a PRN activity you either have to scroll through every patient or type in the patients name not able to just pick a certain area that the patient stay.

Recommendations to others considering ALIS?

Makes charting a doable goal for everyone.

What problems is ALIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of adls is a sinch. While keeping track of any decline. Making sure each patient is taken care of properly and all needs are met. Also gives us reminders due to us getting busy and sometimes things just slip our minds.

Excellent Product

What do you like best about ALIS?

Very user friendly, the software is simple but customizable. I like that the software can adapt to meet our needs instead of the other way around and they are regularly releasing product updates. Their customer service is great.

What do you dislike about ALIS?

The existing integrations with other software are limited. However, the company is quick to respond and help if there is a need. I would like a native application for iOS/Android and Alexa integrations.

What problems is ALIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company is very responsive and helpful in creating customized solutions to any specific challenges we encounter. The ability to use the mobile platform allows our caregivers to reduce the amount of time spent charting and spend more time with the residents for whom they care.

Not the most user friendly program

What do you like best about ALIS?

I liked that all necessary client information could be kept in one place.

What do you dislike about ALIS?

There were so many clients that often you'd have to search through a long list of names to find who you were looking for. You used to be able to leave an observation note from the clients individual file, but this was no longer an option with one of their updates.

What problems is ALIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it easier to share information with other providers within the company.
