Like other products from this company, the interface could be greatly improved; sometimes it can be a bit confusing. Once you get used to it, it's easy to use, but at first, it's a bit challenging.

So far I do not find any negative characteristics that I should complain about since in general the software works very well. In addition, if I get to present any inconvenience I am sure that the technical support team will solve it without any problem since it has shown me that it is qualified for it.

Since we started implementing this software in our company, there are many benefits that it provides. but in summary, it undoubtedly facilitates message management.

Alibaba Messaging makes it easy to see what suppliers are trying to contact you and when they last tried to contact. You can also share virtual business cards quite easily, which is another benefit.

The client software is inferior and very slow. After so many messages are in your inbox, it appears to start failing. There are several bugs on the client interface which make the product nearly unusable for any kind of serious product sourcing exercise.

I use this software for initial contact with potential suppliers. Since suppliers will nearly always contact the first time through the messenger, you are forced to use it.
