These immutable records serve as ready evidence during DSGVO data audits and Betriebsrat works council reviews, saving hours I’d otherwise spend compiling tracking documents manually. Custom dashboards are also really practical. I can filter compliance-related metrics on demand and pull concise summaries aligned with standard German labor inspection checklists, which speeds up the client compliance consultations I lead every week.

The platform’s lack of localized German compliance features creates consistent extra work for our HR and IT team. There is no native connector for DATEV payroll software, so we must manually convert and reformat all payroll data every pay cycle. It does not offer exclusive Germany-based data hosting, which introduces unnecessary cross-border data transfer risks violating DSGVO requirements. There’s no pre-built automation matching GoBD document retention timelines, and all DSAR data subject requests have to be built from scratch without German-language official templates. It also lacks pre-made export formats for mandatory Betriebsrat reporting submissions

Before switching, our HR data was split across countless spreadsheets and a limited basic HR tool, leading to duplicate entries and inconsistent employee records. Self‑service cut the “where’s my payslip” pings. People grab payslips and letters themselves—exactly why we wanted an HRMS. We share a short link during onboarding, and it sticks. Attendance, payroll, offers, onboarding, goals, reviews, all living together matters more than I expected. Customer support is also great.

Little slow on updating release notes, could have made them more regular.

It is very easy to use and simple to understand. the product has a lot of features and the mobile app makes the experience even more friendly. I use it everyday to organize my team and the approvals are super simple. Their support is also very good and just a call or message away

The amount of features can be overwhelming sometimes.

Beyond these key areas, the system's ability to manage performance, time and attendance, and employee data all in one place has truly created a single source of truth for our HR operations and improved overall efficiency. Customer support is great and we use it frequently.

My main feedback is that the mobile app could benefit from more frequent updates. While it's great that it's available for both iOS and Android, there's still a bit of room for improvement to make the experience as robust

But overall, it’s a fantastic product that makes managing HR tasks simple and efficient. These minor points don’t take away from how well it works for daily use.

We at McDonald's India - North and East have made HR process compltly Paperless. Mobile Application is accessible to all 7000 employees where they company updates, announcements. Employees have access to their personal and professional information through this App. They check and track their leave, attendance, Promotions Letters, Merit Letter, Medical Insurance Cards and Rewards and recognition points. It is a perfect syestem for QSR and Reatil Industry who have multiple foot prints.

Frankly speaking I have found nothing as such that i can share

Digitized All HR process. Automated repetitive non-value added but important and compulsory process by Implementing Akrivia HCM application. Increased Employee Connect and enhanced employee experience by becoming more transparent to employees.

Clean UI and flow is easy. Many features in one app.
