a creative solution that works for creatives!

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

It's incredible simplicity and ease of setting up a client portal was pivotal for my business to client relationship.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

Haven't discovered any feature I dislike yet.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been searching for years for a solution that not only provides a clean client portal but allows the client to request tasks for new projects and communicate in a clear, concise fashion for each project I set. I went in setting up AhSuite expecting to be disappointed as I have been over and over again with similar solutions, but AhSuite gives me tools in one place. I no longer have to use three different sites for one project! Finally...

Power and Simplicity

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Well thought out design that provides us with a very easy way to create dashboards for our clients. Allows us to provide our customers with a central place for all of the major pieces of information that we share with them on a regular basis. Also allows us to have a place for correspondence and task tracking which means the customer only has one port of call for all of their interactions with us.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

We have not found any limitations so far with all of the dashboards that we have created for our customers. Some more advanced skinning would be nice, especially being able to use landscape logos rather than square logos. Other than that we have not encountered any limitations so far.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed a way to provide customers with one place where they could go for help desk, analytics, correspondence, work tracking, knowledge base, etc. We had too many tools and URL's for the customer to remember so needed a single dashboard.

Great client portal app

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Ahsuite is a great find. The amount of practical functionality you get from the app is amazing. It's easy to administer, easy for clients to use, and flexible for so many use cases.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

It's pretty hard to think of a downside to using Ahsuite. The only thing I remember so far was a small issue during the whitelabel setup. Like the button to advance to the next step wasn't obvious. Something small like that. A quick chat with support and it was resolved.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Single source of truth level of problem solving. Bringing client data, resources, recaps, invoices, training, among other things has been a nightmare with other platforms. Ahsuite made it easy.

This portal saving my too much time superb client management portal

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

I can manage my projects and clients easily with the help of ahsuite portal. I can manage all tasks related to projects at a single place. I also like these features passwords, add or embed pages, add files and webhook. Customer support is also very good.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

There is nothing to dislike about this project management portal.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every project is easily trackable by our team and clients as well with the help of ahsuite.

Simple tool for client and project management

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Ahsuite is available with a very clean user interface and it is very easy to use with superb fast speed. There is no learning curve. Whitelable feature is also available.

I did not find anything to dislike about this tool

Ahsuite is an amazing solution which you can use in your daily business.

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Ahsuite works really smooth and it is easy to understand. So new collegeaus or customers do understand the system very fast and are able to work with it alone very quick. You can create your portals and modify them also very fast and easy. With the whitelabel option you can have your own branded portal and that´s amazing.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

Sometimes there are small things not working as expected but in that case you can contact their support team always through the livechat widget and you will get a response and professional help in most cases within minutes. So there is really nothing bad I could say about Ahsuite right now.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Share and present offers or documents and other stuff easily all within one customer portal. You can even communicate with the customers directly inside the portal which is a huge time safer.

Excellent!

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Being able to showcase my work with clients before the final is complete. They can suggest any changes - much quicker than the old way. Easy to use and quick! I haven't had to contact customer support yet, but Ive read they are 100% at gettng back with people. A lot of features too!

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

There isn't anything I am displeased with. Excellent work!

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharing work with clients. They can log in and look without me being there. This opens my calendar instead of being there for small changes.
