User-Friendly Platform with Exceptionally Helpful, Responsive Staff

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

The platform is user-friendly and intuitive. Unlike previous services, we can also go in and review our own media monitoring topics which is really helpful. The most notable benefit of Agility is the staff, who are incredibly helpful and responsive, and who are always there to improve our experience.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

One small thing which we weren't initially aware of was that you need a more premium package to access some articles, however the platform provides all information needed to find these independently

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agility PR automates the press release process, allowing us to build and retain contact lists which include new connections identified by the platform. Additionally, the AI features and templates allow us to enhance the content of press releases all within the platform. This is not only time-saving, but also makes the process much more efficient and allows us to deliver higher quality releases.

I like the contact database. I also really appreciate how our account manager, Mauricio, always makes time to answer any questions we have and update us on new features.

Solving the problem of finding reporters' contact information. Information is often up to date and if I know of media move I can flag to their team.

Exceptional Account Management and Super Responsive Support

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

The account management is exceptional. The team are super responsive and no request is ever too much trouble.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

Our marketing team runs a lot of paid radio ads and this is often picked up in our coverage. I appreciate with radio reads are difficult to distinguish between earned and paid media though. Our account manager removes these paid mentions when we request but if any software could somehow distinguish between earned and paid, it would be useful.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's enabling us to quickly share broadcast coverage with colleagues - internally this is really helping the PR Team to show the vast amounts of coverage, and thus profile, we're generating, which we hope will go on to secure further investment in our work.

Easy Navigation and Comprehensive Media Reach

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

I really like the platform and find it easy to use and navigate. The metrics and analysis for reporting are great. Agility PR Solutions has a larger database of media contacts and is more widespread. The AI tool is very helpful. The initial setup was very easy and clear. I like the support we have with Louis Gray who is really helpful and always available.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

There are sometimes contacts with generic news desk emails which is unhelpful. I wish for specific contact details, not just for newsdesks.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Agility PR Solutions for media monitoring and media contacts. It helps me find most international journalists' contact emails I need.

Exceeded Expectations: Intuitive Platform, 5-Star Support, and Great AI Features

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

The onboarding and account management have exceeded my expectations. We’ve felt supported throughout, and the communication has been 5*. The platform is intuitive and genuinely easy to use, so I have no concerns about my team being able to jump in, use Agility confidently, and start getting value from it quickly. The AI features are also great and really make light work of things.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

I genuinely haven't been able to find anything that has been difficult about the platform or the process. I feel we've received good value for money. We haven't yet explored how it could integrate with other systems we have across the firm, for example we use Upper Sigma, a Litera - there could be use cases here.

Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions?

We were previously using Cision, although we never really had a great setup because the software felt more “clunky” than Agility, which meant we ended up with a lot of irrelevant coverage. This then caused issues with the NLA, which blindsided us.

The platform is difficult to use and not as intuitive as it could be. My team has also mentioned that it’s challenging to generate reports on their own without extra help.

Agility has helped us generate high-quality sentiment reports that make it easier to evaluate the impact of our proactive media relations efforts. It’s also helped us “see the forest through the trees,” which is especially valuable for an organization like ours that generates a substantial amount of coverage and receives a high volume of media calls. Their reports provided the evaluation we needed in an award submission, which we subsequently won.
