"Effective CRM to enhance the participation of sales and marketing"
What do you like best about Affino CRM?

The feature available to see users who have visited the web page makes it very easy for B2B companies to retarget customers. Use of customers ladders for lead scoring and the use of conversion events makes the CRM best choice.

What do you dislike about Affino CRM?

The ticket system for any issues can only be opened by Administrators (Which are ideally 2 from each company) Other power users do not have the ability to open tickets for any issue which can be improved.

Recommendations to others considering Affino CRM:

There should be free training available for new users of Affino or enough material to guide them

What problems is Affino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company wanted to find out who are interested users for the products and services visiting a page of the website and then use the CRM to export the list for targeting those people or use the automation to send emails. We have managed to create customer ladders, ranking each suspect, prospect, customer and advocate. Then we use the conversion funnel to target those people which has been the most beneficial feature according to me.

Refines Lead Management but Requires Manual Processes
What do you like best about Affino CRM?What I like best about Affino CRM is its flexible unified platform that brings prospect segmentation, partner tracking and basic outreach planning together in one workspace. I’m a Software Business Development Manager at DevPro Tech Solutions Inc, our US‑based software development company with 51‑200 employees. All our core contact and project data lives inside Less Annoying CRM. Before we started working with Affino CRM, assembling qualified prospect lists was a huge headache for my BD team. Back in August, we were preparing outreach for our enterprise software modernization service. My assistant pulled thousands of contact entries exported from Less Annoying CRM and filtered them manually in spreadsheets. It took nearly an entire workday to sort through records, and we still accidentally excluded a handful of promising system‑integration partners. Those key potential allies never received our partnership pitch, and we missed out on several valuable collaboration opportunities. Now once we upload cleaned CSV lead exports from Less Annoying CRM into Affino CRM, I can build custom segmented groups based on company size, project interest level and prior interaction history. I can tag enterprise prospects, integration partners and cold inbound inquiries, and store NDAs and partnership case documents right alongside each contact entry. This cuts hours of tedious spreadsheet sorting work for every campaign we run. Our BD outreach stays focused on realistic software‑project opportunities. We no longer burn time sending proposals to unqualified small‑budget hobby groups. That being said, we still rely fully on manual CSV transfers, so stale datasets can still cause mis‑directed messages if someone on my team slips up. Even with that risk, Affino CRM makes our B2B lead organization far more effective for our software‑development business development activities. What do you dislike about Affino CRM?The biggest frustration is the complete absence of native API integration with Less Annoying CRM. Every batch of fresh lead and partner data has to be manually exported out of Less Annoying CRM, adjusted, and then uploaded into Affino CRM. This manual workflow opens the door to avoidable human error. Back in August, we were prepping emails for our key system‑integration partner outreach. One of my team members rushed the campaign prep and skipped thorough CSV cleanup. Several international partner company names and industry labels contained special accented characters. After import, Affino’s CSV parser garbled those fields. Many high‑value integration partners got thrown into completely wrong contact segments. We sent our enterprise‑level software pitch to small hobby‑project groups instead of our target audience. We only caught this mistake after dozens of confusing reply emails rolled in, and we wasted an entire batch of carefully crafted outreach messages. Beyond poor special‑character handling, there is no built‑in preview function before finishing an import. We cannot spot bad parsed fields early; we only discover broken segments after we have already prepared our campaign. Setting up the base account was quick, but validating imported datasets, troubleshooting import bugs, and training our whole BD group on this error‑prone manual export‑import workflow added lots of extra overhead. We spent weeks double‑checking lists just to make sure our segments would behave correctly. I really wish Affino CRM would add direct integration for popular mid‑market CRMs like Less Annoying CRM and a pre‑import preview tool to catch these data issues ahead of time. What problems is Affino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?Affino CRM has helped us move past our old, inefficient approach to B2B outreach and reduced the heavy spreadsheet workload that bogged down our software business‑development team. Prior to using Affino CRM, we relied entirely on the simple tagging functionality within Less Annoying CRM, which lacked robust capabilities for organizing large sets of prospects. That shortcoming became very obvious during our partner outreach campaign back in August. We exported raw contact records and attempted to build prospect lists manually in spreadsheets. The process took nearly an entire business day just to apply filters, yet we still made grouping mistakes and failed to connect with several key integration partners. We would put significant effort into drafting custom‑software proposals, only to send them to organizations that had no available budget for development projects. We ended up receiving many uninterested responses, our team’s time got consumed by low‑value follow‑ups, and our overall campaign results suffered badly. Once we import cleaned‑up contact CSV files into Affino CRM, I’m able to create well‑defined audience segments based on company background, expressed project interests, and prior interaction records. This lets us focus on mid‑market businesses that are actively seeking custom‑software services, while filtering out leads with little real‑world potential. Our BD team no longer expends effort pursuing contacts that are extremely unlikely to turn into paid projects or strategic partnerships. Our outreach lands in front of appropriate decision‑makers, and we have noticed a clear uptick in substantive replies from prospective clients and alliance partners. That said, the absence of automated syncing with Less Annoying CRM continues to create avoidable risk. All our data transfers are manual file‑based work. In one real‑world instance, my team worked off lead data that was two weeks out of date. We reached out to multiple businesses that had already locked in software‑development agreements with our competitors. Even with this workflow vulnerability, Affino CRM greatly improves how we triage B2B leads, cuts down on fruitless outbound activity, and brings measurable gains to our software company’s business‑development performance.

Its been a good CRM but not the best in the market
What do you like best about Affino CRM?It's very easy to use as such as defining demographics, audience segmentation, ranking the visitors as per activities as such (Lead scoring) - Email open gets 10 points, inactivity gets -5 points. This has been very effective for our business before and the CRM has effectively generated leads for our business. Another best thing about the software was the customer ladder - which was also affiliated with the audience segmentation this has made us design our strategy to its best for lead generation and demand generation. What do you dislike about Affino CRM?It is very pricey when compared to other CRM's in the market. The total price of getting a single licence is the same as getting 10 licences for Hubspot. Secondly, it's not an easy CRM, the UX/UI of the CRM are a little bit complicated. It gets difficult for new users to find their way around. And also training is not free for users although there ate some materials which are available on their website. What problems is Affino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?We wanted a CRM which we use to make our retargeting program to be effectively better. We started using Affino CRM in 2020 with a goal which was promised to us to get us 15% increased conversions, The CRM has been effective for us for integration of marketing automation with dot digital (Although it has its own email marketing tool) And has made us be effective in defining our strategies around re-engagement and lead generation campaigns.
