I find Affinity Publisher a decent alternative to the more expensive options, such as Adobe products. There's still a bit of a learning curve, but with the options for integration, solid performance, and ability to transform documents from .pdf, using Affinity Publisher is a good option.

Affinity Publisher does have a learning curve. It's not the easiest software to use if you are a beginner. There aren't many template options and you do need a basic understanding of publisher software to use it correctly.

I appreciate the ability to transform documents from .pdf to Affinity. It assists in creation of book covers, flyers, and other necessary items for publishing purposes.

It has a simple and clear UI to create designs, specially with the update that centralized this version along with Designer and Photo. The pricing is amazing, since its free!! (Although I paid the version before the current, even then it was good) Much better than Adobe alternatives

The AI integration is good, it has many tools to improve images and refine details

I would like integrations with other apps such as Davinci Resolve to be available as well as more advanced onboarding tutorials for usage. The performance is good, but there has to be more tools available

I love this software because it is one of the few intuitive and functional vector graphics app, that requires minimal prior knowledge. The user interface is well organized and the tools available are complete and effective. Its price is OK.

Unfortunately, I have noticed some lag and some software crashes when working with projects containing many large raster resources.

With this software I was able to work on even large vector projects quickly and with excellent results. Compared to other leading software in the industry, it's cheaper and still professional-level.

An amazing and capable alternative to Adobe. Quick learning curve, and has all the tools you need to create top class digital and print ready documents and assets.

Not really any dislikes. Potentially the combatibility with opening Adobe file types and how it formats these when opened.

Great as one of our workhouse software solutions. Enables us to create high quality digital and print ready documents, flyers, social media posts, and more. We find the workflow much quicker than Adobe. Especially in tandem with Canva and other Affinity software.

Its ease of use. Integration with the Affinity suite without leaving the application. Many features. I often use it as an alternative to InDesign for a cost-effective option.

It may be the interpretation of the software on non-native files to the Affinity suite. (There is a difference and sometimes display bugs)

It's a great product enabling documents to be printedas in desktop publishing, it works well for making flyers, handouts etc.

If you are in need of an application to create magazines, brochures, documents, with a spectacular look, do not hesitate to acquire Affinity Publisher. You can configure the document according to your needs. It is versatile. In the application, you manage pages and can make one of them the master, so when you make a change to it, you will see that it influences the others and they are affected, which greatly speeds up the work. Direct connection with Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay, so you don't need to leave the platform at any time. You can take your work to the rest of the Affinity applications, which we don't see even in Adobe products. It offers us multiple templates. You can navigate the workspace using the mouse and the backspace, which greatly benefits quick manipulation in the document. Something fabulous is being able to work with layers, as this greatly benefits working individually with the elements and the features provided. The image frame tool is fabulous for embedding images and working with them in an organized and fast manner. With Affinity Publisher, you will have many features that will greatly benefit the customization of your brochure or magazine. The preview mode will be an element with which you can confirm if the project is to your liking. Its use is simple and very enjoyable. I love the Affinity applications.

I perceive Affinity Publisher as the application with the fewest innovations among all those offered by Affinity.

Complementing the tool with the other Affinity applications is very helpful.

Affinity Publisher is a powerful and affordable software for creating professional-looking layouts and designs. I like that it has a lot of features and tools that are easy to use and customize. It also integrates well with Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer, which makes it a complete suite for graphic design.

One thing that I dislike about Affinity Publisher is that it lacks some advanced options that InDesign has, such as data merge, scripting, and ePub export. It also has some compatibility issues with some file formats, such as PDF and PSD. I hope that these features will be added in future updates.

Affinity Publisher is solving the problem of having to pay a monthly subscription for Adobe InDesign, which can be expensive and limiting. It also has a more intuitive and user-friendly interface than InDesign, which makes it easier to learn and use.
