Great features like profile merge, LAL, PA. We can create an audience based on combined 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.

Nothing at this point, but system speed can be improved. As you create more and more traits and segments, it tends to slow down a bit.

I think custom audience segment, there is also one more feature called people based destination (premium) but it allows authenticated audience to be sent to social media destination. This allows better ROI for B2B.

AAM is very h helpful for segmenting and creating user personas to target. It also integrates well with other Adobe marketing cloud eco-system that allows more impact on the conversion.

There is not much to dislike about this product. However, in my opinion, it could be confusing for a beginner since AAM provides a lot of features and integration options.

Adobe audience manager really helps manage all user-targeted personas and reach out to each with targeted campaigns and content. Also, it is easy to integrate with other Adobe platforms like AEM and Adobe analytics.

Adobe Audience Manager helped me managing the customers data pipeline by bringing audience data sets together, making it easy to collect relevant information about website visitors, Creating perfect and powerful segments and that segments we are using in our campaign operation.

Adobe Audience Manager is easy to use and I do not have any dislike for this platform.

I would say Adobe Audience Manager is one of the best and perfect data management platforms for managing the customer's data from site visitors and its reading all the data from Adobe Analytics, and after that, we are creating powerful segments for retargeting. I like the granularity of data segmentation, which allows creating audiences for advertising to very specific target groups.

It's not the easiest platform to learn, but it's very helpful once you get to know it.

The integration with AdWords was a bit difficult, as we couldn't set it up right for quite a long time due to not clear instructions given by the support team. However, it worked out at the end. The instructions though work on the old AdWords interface, which makes it a mistery how to set it up in the new one.
