Almost all business scenarios that a small or medium manufacturing company like ours deals with during the day to day running of the business are recognized and recorded well. The modules are apt for easy to use and cover all our needs. Reporting feature is easy to use and with excel files available for download, relevant information can be found. Most importantly it is not a static ERP solution that once bought and used can become obsolete. New developments and business needs are being constantly integrated into the software.

Handling of returns not linked to invoices still needs to be developed. Notepad feature to communicate instructions to other users is missing.

Our work process has improved drastically. With multi user we can work concurrently on different modules. With a historic record of previous production runs, I can view, replicate and improve our processes on the factory floor. The AcTouch.com team is not knowledgeable and not ensuring a good experience. AcTouch.com needs to provide features like procurement control and inventory management there are areas that needs to be improved.

The display of tax for INR products, which is confusing and inconvenient. There have been mentions of problems being resolved with AC Touch indicating difficulties, in using the software.
