Very simple to use full of "how tos". You dont have the break the bank for your web creating and hosting needs.

Honestly there are not alot of downfalls using this product to accomplish your web hosting needs.

Active 24 has been a hosting provider and domain name registration company for a long time now. They have been doing this long before the Internet really exploded in popularity, and especially before the ‘average person’ would be able to make a website. Over the years they have done a good job at keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the web hosting industry. They are dedicated.

The URL can be down for months. Other issues they will transfer your site to other servers. The website sometimes would stop working.

Active24 has good servers, fast and secure. Hosting a website is easy. Customer support is very good, they solve queries in a very short time. support in different languages is also available

Website design is very old fashioned, it can be improved. New features can be added like live chat. Virtual Private servers can be added as well with more features.

Add new features like Hostinger,Aws and Heroku.

Website hosting is easy here, and it's very cheap as compared to other hosting providers.

Easy to learn, train, and use especially for new employees

Not always updating. So bugs are always affecting performance.

Interactions with coworkers is definitely a plus

I had a great experience while using Active 24. It seemed to be on par with other hosting companies in regard to reliability and service. I didn't have any issues with hosting and everything seemed to keep up to date in the latest trends and standards across the board.

I really can't think of much that I disliked. Perhaps the customer service could be a little quicker to respond and handle issues. Basically their only issue is that their customer service is not very good. That would definitely be a plus on their already good rep.

If you are in the UK or in Europe, and are in need of hosting, definitely give Active 24 a look and see if it's the right fit for you. There shouldn't be much issue to deal with or problems to handle, and it should be a relatively easy and enjoyable experience!

Royally messed up the transfer of our domain, putting in the name of the domain provider we were moving from as the holder at the central domain registry. Several months have passed, numerous phone calls and we still have no website. Every time we think we are there, there is another hurdle to pass.
