I am responsible for staff hours and the financial side of Valley View Sports Center dba Dallas Sportsplex.

The time clock module is easy to use. I am able to access information quick and easy. I can print an individual employee time card or summary of all employees time in seconds!

There is one thing on the financial side that is problematic. We have customers that prepay for multiple items, such as private lessons. Lets say they pay $250 for 4 lessons. They use 3 lessons and I need to refund a partial amount to them. They paid by credit card. I am unable to refund a partial amount back to the credit card, it only allows a full refund.

Previously, the time management aspect in MAX was not easy to use. Max Galaxy has solved the issues I had.

I liked the idea of maxgalaxy and what different options were available to you.

I did not like the way it ran. It was not user-friendly at all.

Leave it behind, it was not user or customer friendly.

We used it as our recreation software at our gymnasium. The benefits were that we were able to use it as a new rec center.
