This is part of ongoing Zeta engagement where genpact selected Acqueon as . When we started last year, initially, we thought something is missing.

However, Acqueon team Suresh Kumar V and Praveen Kumar G. under the leadership of Eazu Franklin Ranay and really picked it up swiftly and helped us p[ut together missing pieces and delievered solution in time.

I must say this one is a very complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as a great one under the leadership of Eazu.

I must say, this one is a complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as one of the best partner to work with under the leadership of Eazu.

We wanted a solution that will help with auto dialler functionlity and run campaign defined as per the strategy in DM.

Product Innovation, Integration and Support!

Apart from a couple for configuration changes after migration, Nothing in particular.

Acqueon acts as Campaign Manager and Webex Contact Center as the dialer. Product inovation requires changes from both Acqueon and Cisco.

Acqueon professional services team helped us migrating LCM (4.2.1.31 for UCCE). from Win 2012 to 2019 OS. The project engineer (Suresh Kumar V) carried out due-diligence, gathered all the information, and created a checklist by ensuring the key tasks are executed in a sequential way as there were dependancies on multiple stakeholders.

We're overall very satisfied with this migration and successful readiness of the production launch. The engineer was very flexible and supportive through out the migration and as a result, we did not see any post production issues which displays the sheer determination of the engineer.

Nothing to specify, We're overall satisfied with the quality of work.

Acqueon helped us mirating the LCM services from Win 2012 to 2019 OS.

Acqueon is a cloud based solution that integrates well with customized environments. Their level of support during implementation is second to none.

The only issue was scheduling with the Indian timezones as they are more then 12 hours difference. Acqueon was extremely accomidating with their schedule!

Outbound dialer Campaigns were needed and had to integrate with our current infrastructure and CRM. The solution they provided fit perfectly with us.

The interface of Acqueon is something that is changing the outerworld.

it gets stucks sometimes and then it is very difficiult to proceed forward.

It helped me fulfilled the problem i was facing with my call compliance rate.

I have been working with Acqueon for over a year. The project team is always very responsive and willing to help.

I have yet to have a negative experience.

We had some issues after upgrade and aqueon always there to help us.

Sometimes the support team takes some time to respond to requests. Maybe because of the different time zone. May require some customization and adaptation from the business

A good solution for campaign management

With LCM we gain the ability to manage the collection campaigns more gradually, now we can choose which client we contact and when based on multiple factors selected by the business without technical team intervention giving new flexibility to the customer team.

Very eager to ensure the project is successful. Worked long hours to achieve this. Always available for project calls. Available when the go live date needed to be pushed out a week.

Nothing. All worked well. Acqueon were quick to resolve issues and they were always available when required.

Resource availability. They make themselves available when required. Even at short notice.

The Acqueon team, easy to deal with, Expert knowledge and is very professional, and always available, I find their support to be one of the best in the business, and i work with a lot of 3rd parties

This upgrade was seamless with Acqueon support, we had to upgrade our OS and also upgrade LCM versions, the project team in Acqueon have a wealth of experience in all areas, professional, dedicated and always available to answer question and also give best advice on the product. There was nothing i didnt dislike - the time difference between location wasnt a problem with Acqueon to get the project over the line in time on time and within budget.
