I love how it is accessible on multiple platforms and I can use it when I am on the go. It handles all of our invoices, tax documents, billing & expenses etc... It integrates well with the other programs that we use and it automates processes, allowing you to save time. With Accounting Power there is less need for manual data entry.

I disliked the lack of customer support I received on one occasion. It took them longer than a week to respond to my request and the process was very long and drawn-out. Eventually, my concern was resolved but it was a big hassle to deal with.

It is much easier to use one software for all of our financial functions. In the past, we found it difficult to manage using multiple sofware and it was difficult to learn how to use so many different software.

Simple to set up and use. As it is cloud-based, data can be accessed from anywhere. Easy account management that supports multiple currencies, payroll and inventory. Effective report customization and tracking.

Customer service could have been better. A bit on the pricey side. Faced difficulties with backup. The tax calculation process is not up to the mark and has to be improved.

It may be helpful to include a data export option to Excel. Fixing the lagging and backup issues and releasing regular updates assist users in making the best use of the software.

The product is scalable and can be deployed very quickly. It handles all the accounting functions and allows the user to setup bank feeds for even tighter intergation.

The client interface is a bit dated. Exporting reports to other apps like Excel takes a bit of additional time. There is also the issue with integration with other apps.

We recently moved from quickbooks and incorporated this software for our accounting team. They are impressed with this software. It helps them to create the payroll a lot quicker than before. It also helps to generate invoices for clients and helps to organize all the receivables for tax and audit purposes.

Overall, it's a great tool. However, it will be useful if you can transfer the templates into excel spreadsheets. Currently, it's lacking this option.

Furthermore, any tutorials for new users will also be helpful.

Excellent tool for standardisation of processes and Managing compliance. The easy dashboarding and reporting takes analytics a notch up in comparison to its competitors. The pricing is just about right in comparison to alternatives in the market especially for small and medium enterprises.

The client interface for bill payments can have better UI and UX. similarly the mobile apps for android and ios can be more intuitive as well as have modern UI. The audit fucntionality can have more features especialky for conducting remote audits.

We ensured all our finance fucntions were supported by one software and one interface which was common to all and easy to use. Its also enabled internal integration within the finance workflow without having to intergate any other third party sofwtare. This enabled better co-operation within the finance team. The tracking of both AR and AP has been systematic after the fiance department started using this software.
