The customer's response was a bit slow..

Our company uses abcproxy to handle global business data capture, which is 30% faster than our peers and has 99.9% uninterrupted operation! It is particularly suitable for high-concurrency scenarios, with simple API integration and 24-hour technical support response. I used other agents before, but they were frequently disconnected.

The only good thing I can say is a few proximity European ones (UK, Netherlands, Germany) did relatively good job with keeping connected. But this was hit or miss, and doesn't make up for such a poor experience over all.

In theory, abcproxy would give secure, location-based IPs for clean data integration and a market-place eye-wink. Shame answer: No, that would solve that issue too, but it sucks because this is just one of their many problems to begin with Unfortunately, with the high amount of times it is down and with corrupted IPs, it has been adding more problems than solving them. We have dealt with denied requests, time wasted on attempting to verify IPs and lost productivity. A proxy service is supposed to make everything easier, yet trying to access abcproxy has become unnecessarily difficult.
