7taps is extremely user-friendly and very easy to get started with. The interface feels straightforward, so I was able to jump in quickly without any hassle.

The only downside is that, at times, it doesn’t use the content I uploaded correctly, and it may leave out key parts of that content.

It allowed us to create content quickly, breaking it into easy-to-digest pieces that users really like.

I love that 7taps Microlearning is easy to set up/create and simple for learners to use. It makes the learning process accessible, straightforward and fun. The customer service is also very quick and useful.

I think I like the phone usability a lot. It's much more accessible for people who are not sitting behind a computer and need access via their phones. It makes it a lot easier for the people we are targeting to take our microlearning. It also looks and feels more modern, fresh, and can get our content across in an exciting way.

7taps Microlearning is phone-friendly and engaging with pictures and videos. It's modern and accessible, allowing our training to be more successful. We switched from a previous software to 7taps to to meet our need for mobile capabilities and make training more engaging.

I appreciate the newer look and feel of 7taps Microlearning, and people really like how the cards limit how much material they are reviewing at a time. I like that I can add more interactions without it feeling heavy. It's easy to use, and the AI feature is great and quick. I like how quickly I can make changes, and it pushes me to make better lessons by using more of the features. I like that my changes automatically update to the shared training. The role play and the AI video are the features that stand out for me. The role play is simple but a great reinforcer, and the AI video generator is so handy for training. With 7taps, I don't have to make videos separately and then upload them; it feels like a one-stop shop.

Maybe more free templates. When I think about Articulate, their competitor Articulate has a LOT of pre-built material.

I like 7taps Microlearning because it limits material to keep it manageable, allows adding interactions smoothly, and offers AI features that speed up lesson updates. It feels comprehensive with AI video, eliminating the need to create videos separately.

I really find 7taps Microlearning helpful because it provides immediate access to our learners through SMS messaging, which greatly increases the uptake of our training. The fact that the lessons are microlearning lessons, only five to seven minutes long, means they can be done within the daily schedule without pulling team members away from their duties. The interface for creating content is very easy and logical, allowing me to put together content quickly. The analytics behind the lessons are also great and very useful. It's easy to export data, which is incredibly user-friendly for both creation and administration. The setup was super easy, and I could get a basic course set up quickly.

There's lots of features that we don't use because I don't think they're at the level they need to be at the moment. Specifically, there's a lot of AI avatar-based scenario cards, but I don't feel these would land well with our learners, so I just don't use a lot of that content. Additionally, while Seven Taps offers opportunities in terms of translating resources from other formats into its content, I'd like to have more control over that. So, I don't use the automated options, preferring to do it myself.

I use 7taps Microlearning for quick learning on the go, and it's great for hospital-wide initiatives. It replaces old school learning styles like read and sign or traditional PowerPoint presentations. 7taps makes it easy for nurses to retain information in a way that's fun and interactive. The platform is easy to create with and engaging. I also really value the QR Code capability, and despite our IT system being terrible, it's very easy to use and start utilizing on the floor.

I think 7taps Microlearning could be improved with automatic reminders for modules that haven't been completed yet, that would be helpful. Our IT system is terrible, so it has been painstaking to integrate 7taps into our daily education roll-outs.

What I Like Best About 7taps Microlearning

What I appreciate most about 7taps is that it truly allows us to meet employees where they are. Nearly half of our workforce does not have email access and does not receive digital notifications. With 7taps, we can deliver training directly to any device, even via text, so employees no longer need to leave the production floor for long training sessions. At the same time, our office team can receive the exact same content through email, creating a consistent, blended learning experience across the entire organization.
