PROS: It's so impressive that all the features you need are already set up once you get 3dcart. Sure, other similar software also has the same features, but they charge for it while 3dcart has it out of the box. I also appreciated how supportive both the sales staff and technical support staff were during the time we were using the software on a trial basis. They really helped me get a grasp on the software without any expectation of the company buying it. All of their help made it so much easier for us to pick the features that would really help out our company. Even better, the support from sales and tech is still ongoing!

CONS: It would be great if they have more integrations, especially for a number of popular apps. Most of them aren't natively supported and that's a pity. It is a good thing that I find their tech support team as very trustworthy so I am confident that they will have a solution for this soon enough. Besides, they have also provided me either with alternatives or workarounds for the integrations that are currently not available.

PROS: The low learning curve is something that I really like. Setting up the shopping cart is easy to do and any issues encountered can be easily resolved by the helpful technical support and customer service team. This is definitely so much better than other shopping cart programs I've used.

CONS: Something that they can definitely improve is shortening the hold time when calling technical support. I could use that extra time to do other things.

CONS: I wish it wasn't so hard to customize the designs. Currently, you need to have some knowledge of CSS and HTML to really change anything. While I don't personally need those additional apps, I can understand if other users might find their options lacking.

PROS: Very flexible. The tool is so easy to fire up and use. Its templates are highly responsive and has that modern appearance. Customer service has been prompt and a big help. They'll do what they can to ensure you're making the most of their tool.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate with this tool. Some of its features are something that I don't consider as standard. For instance, its color swatches is an aspect that I don't consider "up there" with the rest. Other than that, nothing much else.

I've been using this product for a good number of years and have made more stores catering to different products. I like how its UI is easy on the eyes. I get to upload a wide range of products in different categories.

CONS: So far, there are only several things that I find a bit challenging to utilize. At times, the things you're looking into are so deep within the program that you'd have to take the time to look into it just so you'll know where it's embedded. You'll definitely need to know what you're seeking since that "thing" that you could be in need may be something entirely different.

PROS: There are a number of things that really made me happy about this software. Whether you're working in a small store or a bigger one, the software remains so user-friendly. I appreciate that I had a wide selection of templates at my disposal. The software is also very customizable and I found it really easy to modify the feel and look to fit my taste. CONS: I do wish that it could integrate with more order management companies.
