I really appreciate how easy it is to use and implement, as well as how quickly the user interface responds. The visual presentation is outstanding, and the functionality is straightforward and easy to navigate.

We honestly have zero complaints. We love it.

1Factory allows everything we need to be in one place. The CMM auto upload feature has increased our efficiency and the baloon diagram generation is so easy to use. Quality plans are dynamic and allow us to filter and sort specs to fit our needs. Inspections are easy to follow and keep all data organized and secure. Customer support has also been top-notch and new features are constantly being added.

1Factory has a fairly steep learning curve for some of the more advanced features, and it is sometimes difficult to navigate menus.

1Factory has completley taken over our FAI generation, quality planning, and data collection.

It's easy to learn and navigate the software. You don't need to be a computer whizz.

A few items I can't do how I would do them at my workplace but I know they are constantly making improvements and updates.

Keeping records has been a huge problem. We maintained them but had no use for them except to collect dust. Now we can see trends and all of our information is in one place.

Using 1 Factory is great at calling attention to the dimensions that are critical, and allows us to attach quality alerts for special measurement instructions for the oddball scenarios. The numbered balloons also help ensure that none of the values are forgotten when in inspection.

Deleting or modifying old prints can be a little clunky if there is a history of inspection reports attached to it.

Ensuring all of the values have been inspected before they leave our facility is key.

1factory has been an absolute life saver on several occasions. Turns a full day of control plan development into an hour-long process. Auto-balloon drawing has saved countless hours of our first year using 1factory. Simple and intuitive UI makes implementation a breeze. On top of all that, the development team is incredibly receptive to suggestions for improvement. Highly recommended for any quality department.

Any issues I've encountered have been acknowledged, and addressed promptly. Not a lot to dislike here.

Creating comprehensive mfg. and control plans that are consistent, thorough, and up to date.

The cloud based system is incredibly responsive and easy to use. We have had no issues with uptime or reliability. Service and support when needed has been responsive and helpful. Jon was able to get us setup and using the software very quickly and our team has been able to understand the layout and UI with ease. We use this software on our floor and in our Quality Department everyday and it has been a very beneficial add to our company.

Integrating inprocess and final inspection and allowing us to more easily create final inspection reports. 1Factory maintains all of our gage management and calibration schedules as well.

1factory is a simple product to use in any setting and for any skill level employee. The team at 1factory was extremely knowledgeable and easily picked up on our business processes and requirements. Our timeline to implement was extremely tight and they worked tirelessly to help us hit our targets. The level of communication we received from 1factory was some of the best I have ever seen! They scheduled weekly reviews, sent action sheets out after each meeting and were available whenever a call was needed. Simply put, the entire team was pleasant to work with. From first contact to implementation, the process was efficient and made easy. There is nothing I dislike about working with 1factory.

We were looking for a software that could balloon drawings, help create inspection plans, control plans, PFMEA, record in-process inspection, pull data from 23 different CMMs and various Bluetooth inspection devices, record calibration data and be easy to use for all skill levels.

There is still some work to be done tracking some variables and performing streamlined analyses. Also, FAI functionality needs work. Some improvements have been made but it is really tough to navigate.

Try it out! Also, communicate with the 1Factory team, you will be impressed with the service. They really help with the learning curve and are very receptive, even encouraging of suggestions!

Huge time saver creating Manufacturing plan, FAIR Bubble Drawings, and CMM data import! This software is intuitive and in our experience training is a walk-through on how we use it. Being able to automatically record hundreds of dimensions electronically via our CMM's is quick and easy; recalling data with filters helps us review feature performance.

1factory's customer support has always cared and listened to any issues we might have in the way that we use the software. They have always shown a sense of urgency when issues are detected and create a solution in a reasonable time.

This software is already valuable and continues to be improved for easier to use and valuable features.

Tracking NCR data was almost non existent until we started creating NCR's within 1factory. We are now with less effort than before able to create, track, and record NCR's in an organized and useful manner.
