Easy to read translated EDI documents have helped us provide detailed information to business users. The error notifications are really easy to understand and having the pdf document with the errors in between the lines has been really useful.
I like the fact that we can sign with any customer under the sun and there is a solution within HQ to connect and do business. We have been able to take in multiple formats of data and still process EDI.
There is a lot to learn! Its not a bad thing but HQ is a plug an play but offers so much more
Ask lots of questions.
Customer not EDI compliance but I can use an SFTP to take in CSV through HQ convert to EDI and turn around back to the customer with a CSV. I have been able to carbon copy files from the customer and send directly to the 3PL without having to hit my ERP. DSV customers.
Ease of use...instant response to document searches and the ability to download human readable reports for our operational staff to digest.
What's not to like? I am coming up empty.
Real time end to end visibility of our EDI processes not only allows us to ensure our KPIs are being met but also gives insight into any potential issues/concerns with specific trading partners.
The ease of using the mapper along with all of the flexibility of creating multiple processes to support our needs.
The built in reporting could be better with ability to customize yourself.
If you want complete control over your EDI processes, then this will give you that.
Able to accommodate new trading partners on the fly.
Automatic setup of EDI data from incoming transactions is a huge bonus. Takes the guess work out of setup. We can filter down the documents to find errors quickly.
It seems a little light on some functions we need. It could be that we don't know enough about it yet.
We use the EDIHQ product for importing/export and mapping our EDI. I use it to communicate data with a small group of customers.
EDI HQ is relatively easy to learn and they host classes to help you learn. It makes developing for EDI easy as it has custom operations that prevent you from doing extra work unless absolutely necessary.
Not much. It's a solid piece of software. It crashes a bit more often than I would like, but it's still just on occasion.
We are able to set up EDI connections very easily and quickly. Any changes that are required can be done smoothly. One-off issues can be corrected manually and issues affecting a multitude of files can be adjusted and resent programatically, making things easy.
It is compatible with all EDI, it is performing well and we can do all our customers
I don't dislike anything in particular, it is doing what I need, my coleages are using it more frequently than me.

Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to correct any issues that arise.
At times, it can be difficult to discern if documents that were not initially processed correctly, have been resent and successfully processed.
Seamless EDI transactions. After integration, our data flows have been smooth, and for the most part hands off, which has lead to increased efficiency for our team.

This software offers the most flexibility of any I have seen. The ability to maintain all the aspects of mapping and processing of the software is incredible along with the flexibility of the communications package for all protocols required by our customers!
So far, I haven't found much to dislike, I would like to see the output on the po's with the po total in the EDI/HQ - Dashboard, like we see in the intelligentXchange dasboard.
I would highly recommend this software to any company that wants to bring the process in-house and save money! We were able to bring all of our customers on board in less than a year and we have some rather complex processing for most of our customers.
We were able to remove a lot of manual intervention required by our old EDI system. We were also able to reduce our monthly costs for processing as we were able to remove the Van cost for customers who did not require a Van.
