Sometimes it has issues with intergration from Hireology

My caregivers can clock in and out using the Wellsky app. This cuts down on employees trying to steal time. I also like that they can read the clients entire care plan.

WSPC has many features that can help push your business forward: customizable reports, anayltics that you can create to the KPI's that are important to you and then schedule those reports. In addition to that you can cusotmize each profile to easily be able to find people in your system that match your current needs.

Updating information can sometimes be clunky as there is no way to do a mass import of information independently. There can be a slowdown when y ou are trying to grab historically information.

We are able to reveiw client profiles and employee files in one place to match our business needs.

I like the efficiency and ease of using the system.

We can quickly run through the system when needing immediate coverage for a client.

It's all in one - scheduling, billing, profiles about clients and caregivers. I like the use of tags, being able to adjust hours, being able to send out Carefiners on open shifts, etc.

Some of the features are lacking since it tries to do everything. Sometimes there are uneeded steps such as needing to make notes twice to show on shifts. Also the Reports could be better.

The ability to do everything, again it could be things such as checking the schedule, info about clients and caregivers all at once. It's easy to edit the shifts and profiles.

ClearCare makes it very easy to track schedules and communicate with CAREGivers. They can access their own schedules and client information remotely.

The ClearCare Go App has technical issues sometimes. If a CAREGiver is working with another agency that uses ClearCare, ClearCare does not allow them to have another account with the same email address.

I love that it connects directly with the CAREGiver's GPS on their phone so they can find their client's home easily.

I can’t think of anything I particularly dislike about it.

It's a great platform, very intuitive and takes care of everything we need to manage our company, from hiring, care plans, scheduling, background checks, follow up tasks, etc.

It’s a very efficient system, we are able to hire and screen from the same platform. In this industry with amount of hiring we do, this makes things much easier.

ClearCare has the data and the tools you need to run and manage your home care business. I specifically like the dashboards/reports you can setup to establish key performance indicators.

This may seem nit picky but I'd like to see a close integration with Outlook. We use Outlook as our strategic calendar and email system. When you collaborate with your referral partners you have to "cut and paste" emails into activities in ClearCare. For those Salesforce CRM veterans take a page out of their book with tight integration to outlook.

User friendly dashboard, comprehensive data capturing and reporting, convenient scheduling tools, and access to immediate answers and guidance via ClearCare University.

No option for document creation or adaption, community task and reporting is not efficient for multiple shifts a day, Caregiver rating system could use a points system upgrade, and Assessment tool would benefit from a level or care rating system.

ClearCare provides a one stop shop for the management of clients and staff. From scheduling, billing, payroll, HR and pertinent information regarding clients.

Need a more robust system that tracks caregiver "time and attendance." A system that clearly defines hours worked before rounding for payroll. This is a DOL requirement in the State of NH
