The best feature is the widget that easily installed on your website and allow to make a screenshot of your page by user with all graphic tools to show you the exact place of the issue on the website.
I cannot find anything I dislike. The tool is awesome. A quick suggestion: it would great to have internal ticket system, or a simple tool that will provide a quick respond or thanks to a user for the submitted bug.
A quick response system to the submitter would be great. Or at least when you choose - "close" the issue it would be great to notify the submitter with a "thank you" email.
People are lazy and they don't want to open a ticket with a minor issue at the website. They rather close the tab. So this tool give us a great advantage!

Easy to install process, Jira and Github integration. We found a bug with taking screenshots in an iframe, which was submitted and fixed by the really responsive team.
you cannot leave comments on ybug, yet we use Jira or Github integration, were we leave feedback comments, so this is not essential.
gathering visual feedback from clients and testers
Console log sent on bug report, extremely simple interface for clients to interact with. Screenshots with mark ups and text has made debugging visual issues infinitely easier.
In all honesty, I think the pricing tiers should be simplified; I can see there being a large market of people who would throw this on a project if it included console logging and basic bug reporting features.
Front end bugs, back end bugs, client bugs. Benefits are that we are able to get direct and instant feedback from users while the app is being tested and used live.
Ybug is very easy to integrate into your solution and it has plenty of customization options to match your use-case. The screen-shot + annotation features are a godsend; the users can easily submit a bug report or a feature enhancement that points directly to the pain point. Also, direct integration with Jira makes it even better.
Ybug works very well as is now, there isn't really anything I dislike about it.

Getting familiar with Ybug really takes a few minutes. Widget for customers is absolutely easy to use and has everything customers might need.

The ability to make the screenshots right after the review writing. Very easy to use. There are a lot of integration options incl. webhooks and it's great!
There's no ability to download the screenshots but it's not so critical.
