Very easy use and integration paired with a high level of customizability. Their Customer Support is 24/7... Within no time, I started using Usersnap frequently and also recommended it to our product and support team.
I would love to be able to share reports publicly, but that's because I stretch its initial use caes beyond internal use ;)

Usersnap offers a lot of great functionality and flexibility for collecting direct user feedback. It's very easy to implement once and adjust without engineering effort as you have control over many features directly from the Usersnap UI.

Usersnap offers a centralised functionality for gathering contextual user feedback, bug reporting, user research - it offers lots of different options that are often spread across many separate tools. Our problem was limited product feedback that we get from our clients (not necessarily users) when they contact our customer facing teams. Having an option to give feedback directly in the app via Usersnap allows us to paint a more accurate picture of any issues, user sentiment, and validate any new features directly within the app.

It took only a few minutes to have it up and running. Their templates helps a lot to have an easy start or just to give an idea.
Some UI items are confusing, but not in a way that the tool has less value bcause of it.
