The transcription and virtual assistant features make Telenotes a CRM that actually gets used. I loved using it because I could call in my notes and tasks on my way to the next appointment. Then, someone would listen to my message, enter all the data and schedule all the reminders and follow-ups that I need.
It's not designed for high volume inside sales.
