What are the best aspects of this product?

We acquired Scalefusion a few years back. One of the reasons why we decided to stick with the product is because of its excellent features and an amazing team of customer service representatives. Our business relies on Scalefusion to ensure that our employees are only using tools and sites that are allowed by the company. This helps them in focusing more on their specific roles and being more productive. I am glad that we have a team of experts that can easily pinpoint problems and find the right solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encounter minor problems like applications not working properly. When this happens we have to resort to several troubleshooting steps and see how it goes. If things don't work out well then that would be the time that we are advised to uninstall and reinstall the program

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us make sure that all devices are being used and managed smartly. We assign phones and tablets to hundreds of employees and it's for them to use for work-related purposes only.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Installation of the product was as smooth as we could imagine. Very easy to understand and learn from a non-technical user perspective. I love that we're getting fast responses from their support personnel whenever we have immediate concerns about the product. We have installed Scalefusion to hundreds of gadgets that are being issued to company employees. So far everything has been doing great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far we don't have any pressing issues regarding Scalefusion. We are happy with how the product works for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have assigned more than a thousand tablets to people and it's important for us that they only access sites and apps and sites that are allowable. Using Scalefusion will prevent them from deleting important stuff that is stored in the device thus preventing us from experiencing bigger problems in the future. As much as possible we don't want to resort to rebooting any of the tabs and phones because we would have to reinstall everything if we decide to do that.

The product is worth using and recommending. I admire Scalefusion for having a robust support team that solves almost anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Been a user for a few months already and I don't see anything wrong with the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer have to worry about program configuration issues because these problems are now taken care of by Scalefusion. I know that I am not an expert on this software so I sometimes encounter challenges. I am glad that the support team is always available to come to my rescue.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I like the most about this app is it's easy to configure and use. All I need is for employees not to have access to social media accounts, Google, games, and other non-work-related stuff so they can focus on their tasks. Also, I would like to thank them for teaching me how to utilize Remote Cast because I really find it helpful in my day to day work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike as of the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job is to set up kiosks to help promote our products and services to a bigger market. The reason why I decided to avail of Scalefusion is to restrict work devices from apps that my employees don't need to access during office hours. I assign devices to team members to monitor their progress/sales consistently and I am able to achieve this with the help of Scalefusion. I also would like to add that their support team has always been amazing.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The communication process between my team and clients has improved immensely. It's more straightforward and effective. Also, Scalefusion is lucky to have employees who love what they're doing. It doesn't matter if your problems are big or small because they're always there to lend a helping hand to all of their clients. I also find this app very convenient because of its auto-updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am thinking of something that I dislike about the product and I honestly couldn't find anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were finding ways to reduce data usage while on the field and Scalefusion offered a long term solution for that problem. I'm happy that we are saving money but we also meet the demands of our clients. It feels good to work with a team of dedicated people to help you out in times of need.

What do you like best?

The support team is just amazing. I have interacted with Mohina, Ajay Tambe, Abhishek Deshkar and Vinayak (in this particular order), and all of them are extremely competent and compassionate, and know that a new user needs a lot of hand holding. They ensure that you get comfortable with the product and set you up to succeed in your objectives.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as of now. I am sure with such a team, there would be anything to dislike in the future either.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Primarily ensuring that users remain focused on using the device for its intended purpose. Also for communicating within the group.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Helps me manage data by keeping unwanted sites blocked in company-issued devices. There are several products that I've tried and they weren't that effective. It's a good thing that I found this product which works without any major issues at all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Obtaining of software license can be quite costly because you have to do it in several batches.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am no longer worried that employees are gaining access to unnecessary sites and apps on their devices. Being able to block sites leaves employees with no choice but to focus on their work.

What do you like best?

The platform UI looks great and is intuitive to use. All of the major features my business needed were there, without the need for complex configuration. Initial setup (device enrollment) is done with ease and it just works.

The feature that surprised me the most was "Remote Cast". I didn't need it nor expected it while planning my business, but now I find myself often using it and it helps a lot in my area of application.

What do you dislike?

I haven't encountered any downsides yet.

Go for it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am currently running outdoor totems/kiosks with custom interactive apps.

There were 2 major issues I needed solved; disable user interaction outside the app (by disabling top bar pull and app close) and persistent connection with device for monitoring and app updates. First was solved via Device Profile configuration and app updates are seamlessly done via Enterprise Store.

Thanks of Scalefusion, I no longer need to go on-site for updates or health checks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I don't mind calling their support team whenever I have issues with the tool. They always make me feel welcome and they never hesitate to help me with things that I do not understand about the product. I would like to give a special mention to Yukti who was very patient in assisting me several times. The attitude of the employees reflects the company culture and I'm lucky to be their business partner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have all praises for Scalefusion. Definitely a good product.

Tracking stuff has been made easier using this app.
