The tool is great, and I was really impressed by the support I received from the team. I got stuck, and after the AI agent and FAQ, I actually got to speak with a member of teh team who helped me and spent time with me all that I needed. It was a good experience.

This tool has completely changed how I approach creating videos. Not having to deal with an empty timeline is a huge win. The video has already direction, which makes it easier to refine rather than build from scratch. I like how the Ai video, music and text are already in place. It's became everyday part of my workflow.

I was using the trial program and had some questions. I started chat and a person named Prerna connected and we did a screen share. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with my issue.

I've tried a couple of tools over the last year. Some of them look good on the surface, especially the avatars, but once you actually try to use them, the videos take time or feel as bit complicated to adjust.
Predis AI felt easier for me compared to the others. I didn't need to figure out too many things before getting a usable video. The videos are created quickly and I don't feel stuck fixing every small detail. With other tools I tested, I spent more time making changes than posting.
It helped me stay more regular with promotion, which is important for my business, especially during busy weeks. I still change a few things sometimes, but overall it saves me time.

there are some learning curves and sometimes there's small technical difficulties however customer does their best to resolve most issues thus far, post do need a bit of editing before they go out but aside from that it has been a good experience thus far

A special mention to Vivek Ojha, Customer Success Manager. He was extremely friendly, calm, and professional throughout the communication. You could genuinely feel that he cared about helping and making sure things were handled correctly, which is unfortunately rare these days.
