We use Message Media to stay in contact with our Realtor clients and potential clients. It's all BtoB photography services. We have gained several new customers over the last six months and won back several more old customers. Multiple times, we have heard from existing customers that "I didn't know you offer that service to." It works so well for us that we may never send out print media again. Also, the system allows us to send a photo with the message which is huge for a photography company.
The customer service is aweome. You are working with a person that knows your account and not a call center. I highly recomended to everybody but my competitors.
I really can't think of anything I dislike about the service.
Print media is expensive!!! We have about 700 customers and it would cost me $500 just to do one mailing, and that's with us printing the media inhouse. It has allowed us to reach our customer base effeciently and put our message in front of potential customers. It just simply works.
I can generate different messages for different locations as well as personalize them.
I actually haven't found anything that I didn't find helpful. I love that the program is super easy to use and understand.
I am able to reach out to thousands of customers at once in less than a few minutes. This allows me to grow my business and communicate efficiently with large numbers of people simultaneously.

The billing blocks. Having to by messages in blocks instead of a per-message pay-as-you-go.
Integration of internal applications to provide real/near real-time communications to a large and diverse group.
The ability to text's clients, get a response, and have the full communication saved in Smart Advocate and available for everyone working on the file to view the communication.
I have nothing no complaints about MessageMedia.

There's a zillion messaging apps out there, but this one is the best. It's feature rich without being overly complicated. Pricing is competitive and supporty is 10/10. Highly recommended.
Wish there were a delay on SMS sending but they are working on adding it!

When we were looking out for a Message Vendor in NZ area, we came across a few but Message Media was the one who communicated very professionally and handled everything very efficiently. There was pure ease of use and easy to implement and integrate.
Customer support is very active and they provide a lot of features.
They should expand in their reach in areas they are not covering yet because we wan to use the same Message vendor in all our locations.
