"Quality helpdesking solution"

What do you like best about EvantoDesk?

Evantodesk makes sure that no call for help 'slips between the cracks' by ensuring every request gets actioned. It also helps us to measure and identify any key improvement opportunities.

- And of course helps us keep track of our resolution times.

What do you dislike about EvantoDesk?

So far there is nothing that we dislike about the software

Recommendations to others considering EvantoDesk:

Need to think through processes around its use and how it is going to be implemented.

For example, having a key person view each email and then quickly assign to the correct person for resolution.

What problems is EvantoDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to keep a really good record of any UX issues our users are having, so drilling down to root cause and resolving became very straightforward. We now have very few issues coming through.

Brilliant software

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are a small team of 5 and not all IT literate so we needed something easy to use so we could organise our box delivery queries. Evantodesk fitted the bill and has been rock solid and all the team enjoy using it on pc or on their phones. The automations help massively too and have definitely saved us lots of time. The layout UI is great, simple and configurable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly nothing. Perhaps the reports could update more regularly but not an issue for us currently.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We want it to be integrated with our accountancy software - and they have said they are working on this but apart from that it has all we need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We run an organic box delivery service and using just outlook and a shared inbox resulted in missing emails as the team assumed someone else was dealing with it. And we'd miss order notifications and communicating between the admin staff and the food team was poor as we had no channel. Evantodesk has resolved all of that, we can collaborate on queries and it ensures we never miss anything. Our customer service rating has shot through the roof and our business has grown.

Seriously the best ticketing system out there.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I searched for months for a ticketing system that had all the features I needed. I even created a spreadsheet with all the features and these guys are the only ones that had everything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only think I can say here is the user interface but you get used to it and they are working on improving it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Just make it look a little more user friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

People would email me tech support issues but if I was with a client or they emailed someone that was on vacation or no longer working with us they would go unanswered. Now clients have one email to use and we can assign it to the appropriate tech.

"Has everything you need."

What do you like best about EvantoDesk?

I literally looked for months for software that could handle everything I needed for my IT support company. Every time I thought we found it, basic features would be missing and support would never get back to me. I thought most of these should be included but EvantoDesk is the only one that had everything! Support have been VERY responsive getting back to us in minutes.

What do you dislike about EvantoDesk?

UI is a little "geeky" but they are working on that.

Recommendations to others considering EvantoDesk:

Try this first! We tried several others but they didn't have all the features we needed.

What problems is EvantoDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using this for a support ticket system. It makes the business run much more smoothly since we can send a support request to the right person.
