Description

Feedbacket offers users a solution to collect visitor feedback in a new way. Visitors and customers can take screenshots of sections of the website and add text to it and submit it as feedback. It's also possible for the visitors to black out certain sections of the page. To install it, users need to embed the code from the tool's website in their own code's body section. Users need to add their email address to the code. Feedbacket button appears on the user website and can be used by visitors and customers. Users receive visitor feedback and screenshots directly into their mailbox. The code only works on desktop views and doesn't support mobile views yet. Users can also choose to customize the widget, edit the text and change its behaviour according to their requirements. A WordPress plugin and a Shopify app are coming soon. Read more

Shrivra SmartReviews is designed very clearly and cleverly. It will take a couple of minutes to set it up. You can use an offline survey app to set up an iOS/Android-based kiosk for feedback or you can always take in-person feedbacks.
