Amidst the global crisis and the time when everybody was working from home, it came to the fore allowing one to continue their work seamlessly and effectively. The industry also rose to the occasion, be it video conferencing software like Zoom and Google Meet allowing anyone to do video calls for free, or many companies offering their services complimentary for a couple of months.
