Everything from Job Posting to Recruitment from Portals. Giving choice for Integrated Search.

It is not only user friendly but a complete package of what is needed in an ATS.

Doing RnD on it for something new is fun. It not made tasks easy to perform but fun to love new things too.

Nothing , till now! Everything is good going.

the best fact is all the job portals are integrated and it helps me do a fast search and find the right candidate

As of now, I think there is no such flaws in CEIPAL other than limiting 50 results in candidate search.

What do you like best?

- Affordable tool that means small and medium enterprises

- Excellent Customer Service

- Easy to use

- Job Boards Integration (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster) and a lot more free job boards

- VMS Integration (FieldGlass)

- Email Sync

- BI Reports (even though not the best, there is promise)

What do you dislike?

- One thing that I constantly am hearing is that our mail-merge / mass mails are often reaching recipients' spam folders. I wish there is a fix to this.

- EBoarding: We signed up with a tool outside of CEIPAL for onboarding/documentation related activities, because CEIPAL's EBoarding did not meet DivIHN's needs.

Having said, there is certainly a lot of room for improvement and CEIPAL is working on them. They never say no to our requirements.

You will not be disappointed. Go for it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- We did not have a database before signing up with CEIPAL, so yes, a centralize database in place

- Job Boards integration is the best and one of our deciding factors in leaning toward CEIPAL. We have our recruiters spread across the globe. With job boards integrated within the platform, recruiters could login seamlessly with no wait-time.

- We have at least 6 VMS accounts (all come from Fieldglass). With the CEIPAL-Fieldglass integration in-place, it saves us a lot of time in manually posting those jobs

Ceipal fulfill the needs of recruiters, Easy access to User Interface, can do N number of mails by mass mailing, can integrate job boards based on their business needs.

nothing to be dislike about the ceipal, every feature is integrated into this application.

I strongly recommend every organisation, don't waste you time on other products, ceipal is the only place it gives 100 percent results to your organisation.

Search of right person to the right can be done by using ceipal easily, it shows all track records of the candidate, recruiter can easily maintain there datebase.

I don't like that when putting in a applicant you have to have a resume. Some of our candidates don't have resumes.

What do you like best?

Ease of other apps in website internally, search options are good too.

Searching for profiles and shortlisting is one of the best in the market.

It helps to hire the right talent using integrations of the job boards.

It makes whole process easier, from searching talent, hiring, shortlisting, interview process etc.

All in all its a good ATS and looking forward to getting more versatile and ease of using your PORAL.

What do you dislike?

May be its time to add free job boards and let us know if you have tied up with any of them and provide them to CEIPAL users.

A bit more user friendly would be great too.

Adding a few more features which make a Recruiters job easy and help us do our jobs better.

Time and again, you need to have WEBINARS and explain the portal and features added.

There is been nothing since long on trainings and learnings.

It is helping us to shortlist profiles. We search, track, shortlist candidate profiles using multiple job boards.

We are trying to implement strategies based on CEIPAL integration, hiring the right talent.

We are using CEIPAL for Building talent pipelines of qualified candidates.

We use this to schedule interviews and track shortlisted profiles.

We have benefited from using your ATS and will keep using the portal for a foreseeable future.

What do you like best?

CEIPAL-It is easy to use and very pleased with what it does,helped me to automate our recruitment process and we are able to use and customize it to our needs.the most helpfull way is it digitally accept and store all resumes that come into our company,it helped us the amount of time and paper files which we are investing and keeping up.

What do you dislike?

It handles end to end hiring process,easy to manage and access ,great tool,as if now i couldn't find any dislike about the tool but coming to resume parsing it should be improved i would prefer more uploads at a time and jobs portals are slow compared to direct logins and faced frequent logouts and unable to edit the placed job postings ,taking lot of time in mass emailing and slowing down the windows and gets stuck sometimes ,if these issues are resloved then ceipal will get more users and will be in top talent hire sites.

Extremely useful for business and most likely by recruitment team with great features and user friendly .

The unique search filters ,it took me a while to understand how to use it,once i figured out it was smooth sailing.It is providing an excellent platform to search candidates that are well qualified for job and reduces the redundancy of the submissions and assists in maintaining the date of clients,vendors,suppliers as well as internal employees,perfect tool for recruiters and pretty good to organize proper work reports with best filters,saves a lot of time and helps me in smart work.The easiest part is posting a job and uploading the candidates details.
