Customer service and support for the client is top notch! Versatile for a lot different fields of business, very fast to set up. The software has everything you ever need for your online bookings. And is still improving and developing. Worth your money
What do you dislike?
Product is just little complicated to use, it has quite a steep learning curve at the beginning but is well worth it. The online booking widget is not responsive great and therefore the guest booking system is not as good as it could be
Recommendations to others considering the product
It does not need a lot of recommendations, since it is easy to use and you can adapt to the software quickly. They have a great enterprise support and can build highly bespoke systems to customers demands, so although we are a small business, I think big business can benefit significantly from Bookingbug- they have had a lot of success in this department already

It has helped a lot to improve our work and service, Now we are more quick than before. excellent software at a low monthly price, would like to see more regular updates for this software
