You can create single events as well as weekly schedules in a few clicks, and then find out who is available to attend events, or take on tasks, through the smark ranking feature. With Soon, you can include all event details within the invite, rather than having to send out further information in emails or messaging chats. These details include the names of people invited, their reply status, their roles, and any action items they have to complete. You can also search and filter by all of these criteria, which is especially useful if there is a large group of people invited. Within these events, you can add comments, and include an address with the map of the location.
