Users can generate leads by automating their website's welcome messages to greet their customers and visitors and collect their information. Conversations can be auto-assigned to the right people, and the text can include media, product content, emoji, and other attachments. Users also receive access to slash rules and suggestions. For example, typing '/hi' in a chat would display defined suggestions to complete the statement. Customer data can be synced in from multiple channels, including Facebook messenger, and the customers can be classified and divided into groups. Customer care activities can be automated, and multiple workflows and customer interaction strategies can be set up based on tracked customer behaviour.
