Contractbook is an online contract management tool used to create, sign and store contracts and legal documents safely. Contracts can be created from ground up or choosing from a list of preset templates, after which they can be digitally signed and sent to recipients. The contracts can be uploaded and stored in the cloud to keep them safe, where they can be organized and accessed in a GDPR-friendly manner. Users are able to track the status of the contract sent to recipients and receive notifications when it is signed to ensure a paperless, timely transaction. Other features that make Contractbook highly functional include – full text search, contract milestone tracking, contract drafting among others. Contractbook allows users to manage contracts from beginning to finish; from drafting to signing to sharing and storing. It also allows collaboration to work on drafts, comments and negotiations and relevant real-time stats.
